Munich/Kassel. WINGAS GmbH is exhibiting at the European Gas Forum "gat 2003" from 4th to 5th November, 2003 at the Neue Messe site in Munich. Experts from the WINGAS sales and transportation specialist business unit will be taking questions from visitors on Stand A 4 in Hall B 0. The congress, traditionally held at the same time as the specialist trade fair, is devoted to the topical debate surrounding regulation and legal unbundling, as well as the consequences for providers and consumers. In addition, the congress gives an insight into the latest technical innovations in the industry. In the lecture part of the event, speakers from the Kassel-based long-distance gas company will expound in detail on energy-related political and technical subjects, such as current developments in the area of fuel cells.
WINGAS GmbH based in Kassel is a joint venture of Wintershall (65%) and the OAO Gazprom of Russia (35%). The company has been supplying gas since 1990 and provides natural gas via its pipeline, now over 2,000 kilometres long, to public utilities, major industrial companies and regional gas suppliers.
