Arteries under the earthThe long-distance pipeline grid, which stretches for more than 2100 km across Germany, is operated by WINGAS TRANSPORT. It is linked to the world's largest natural gas reserves and transports billions of cubic meters of gas every year. With the deployment of experienced operational units, WINGAS ensures that the system is operated fault-free in its role as a WINGAS TRANSPORT service provider. Good reasons The special steel pipes encapsulated in polyethylene (PE) to protect them from the weather and other damaging influences are laid one meter under the ground. With underground construction the surfaces above are carefully re-cultivated once the work is done. Quality is a top priority in our company, which is why we focus intensively on providing professional services from A to Z, e.g. with our own construction supervision to monitor the pipeline's progress – from laying the pipes to welding the seams, right through to operation start-up and support. And speaking of quality: all our processes are certified in acc. with DIN/ISO 9001. |
